Refund Policy

 Ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority for our company. Therefore, we extend the option for customers to request a refund should they find our professional assistance services unsatisfactory.

To initiate a refund request, please complete and submit the contact form on helpdesk@malaysiadigitalcard.com.

 

And write us clearly the reason for the refund.

 

Upon receipt, your refund request will undergo evaluation within 3 hours. Our Customer Service Department will thoroughly assess the reasons and circumstances surrounding your request to determine its approval or denial, keeping you informed of the outcome.

Customers must submit refund requests within 30 days of receiving our email confirming successful payment for our professional services. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be considered, except in exceptional cases determined by individual circumstances.

Important Points to Note:

Customers whose Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) has not been sent by the time of refund request are eligible for a full refund. The amount will be 19.20 USD less any bank charges. The same applies to payments for groups.

Customers with approved The Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) by the Malaysian government cannot receive a refund of our service fee. The exception is case of undelivered MADC, subject to specific circumstances.

Customers whose The Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) are denied by the Malaysian government cannot receive a refund of our service fee.

Customers with approved The Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) by the Malaysian government but in a situation of force majeure can apply for reimbursement. The refundable amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund request is approved by our Customer Service Department:

The refund will be processed within 3 hours via the same payment method used for our professional services. A confirmation email will be sent upon issuance of the refund. Depending on the customer’s payment entity, the refunded amount may take up to ten (10) business days to reflect.
